Orders are dispatched Sunday through Thursday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (GMT+3).

Within Saudi Arabia

  • 1–2 business days: Khobar, Dammam
  • 3–4 business days: Riyadh, Abha, Jeddah, Makkah
  • 5–7 business days: All other cities across the Kingdom

GCC Countries (via Aramex)

  • 3–7 business days: Major cities in United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait & Oman
  • 7–14 business days: Secondary (Non-Major) cities across GCC countries

International (via DHL)

  • 7–28 business days: Europe, Americas & Asia

Important Notes

  • All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier conditions, or peak periods.
  • We reserve up to 14 business days to dispatch orders within Saudi Arabia, and up to 45 business days for international orders. The timelines stated above are estimates only.
  • Customs duties and VAT on GCC and international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance or other regulatory processes during shipping.
  • Orders may be delayed if incomplete shipping information is provided. Please ensure your zip code and full address details are correct before placing your order.
  • All orders within Saudi Arabia must include a valid 4-digit National Address. We are not liable for delays caused by a missing or incorrect National Address, please ensure this is entered accurately.
  • Due to the nature of our products and fulfilment system, orders cannot be cancelled after being placed.

Delivery Timeline Commitment

While we are deeply committed to meeting the delivery timelines provided on our website, these timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Time is not of the essence in this agreement. All timelines commence from the date of Order Confirmation.

If, for any reason within our control, your order has not been dispatched within 14 business days of confirmation for orders within Saudi Arabia, or 45 business days for international orders, you will be entitled to a full refund.

We are not liable for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to your unavailability at the time of delivery, any requested postponements, or customs delays.
